How to pay for deliveries

All deliveries booked to integrated partners must be paid for before they are assigned to an integrated partner.

You can make payment via either your Sendstack wallet or for each individual batch.

For wallet payments, your wallet must have a balance above the total cost of deliveries requested. Otherwise, a payment link will be returned when the delivery is booked.

Payments for deliveries to Connected Partners or Manual Partners are handled outside the CTRL Platform. You need to pay for a CTRL Subscription via the Control dashboard.
